The Zionsville Education Foundation (ZEF) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of Zionsville students by providing grants for innovative and creative programs.

ZEF Board Announces Challenge Match for ZCS Employee Payroll Deductions

                  

The ZEF Board pledges to match up to $2500 in new ZCS employee donations to ZEF made by payroll deduction.  This challenge continues through August 29th only.  For more information and deduction form please click here.

Jamie Vollmer comes to Zionsville

Jamie Robert Vollmer, a former business executive and attorney, now works as a motivational speaker and consultant to increase community support for public schools.   ZEF has sponsored Mr. Vollmer to speak to ZCS educators during their in service on September 2, 2008.  For more information click on jamievollmer.com.

Oktoberfest 2008

The 7th annual Oktoberfest will be held this year on Saturday, October 18 at the Robert Irsay Pavilion in Carmel.  Many thanks to Elizabeth Hopper and Audie Schrader for spearheading this event.  Get your table (of 8) together now for this fun fall evening! Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased online or by calling the ZEF office at 733-4805.  

$10,000 Scholarship Raffle

Raffle tickets for the $10,000 scholarship are on sale NOW. They are $50 each and only 400 will be sold.  Purchase tickets online or contact raffle chair, Tera Nutter, for your chance to win!!  Drawing at Oktoberfest.

ZEF Grants

Congratulations to our Spring 2008 Teacher/Classroom grant recipients!  Over $69,000 was awarded in the 2007-08 school year.  All sponsorships, donations and proceeds of fund raising events go directly to ZEF grants to benefit our children!

ZEF "In Style" 2008

The second annual ZEF "In Style" Luncheon was a huge success!  Thank you to the 300 attendees who helped ZEF raise nearly $35,000 for teacher grants that day!  ZEF also wishes to thank our most generous title sponsor, St. Vincent Hospital, as well as all of our in kind sponsors and donors!  Save the date for the 2009 Luncheon to be held on February 26.
